At FITTED, we want you to love your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
